In a highly competitive job market and an atmosphere of rising costs, an effectively designed and managed employee benefit program can make the difference in recruiting and retaining employees.  ASIS helps our employer clients find tailored solutions to meet their specific employees’ needs while negotiating the details of policy language, service delivery and costs.

Employee benefit plan design and marketing services are available on both a commissioned brokerage and fee for service consulting basis.  ASIS has access to all fully insured carrier markets as well as the provision of self-funded services within its own third party administration operation.

On an ongoing basis, ASIS monitors plan performance and service delivery from selected vendors.  Monthly and quarterly reporting aides in the analysis of trends and the suggestion of adjustments upon plan renewal.  Our goal is to create programs that can evolve with the needs of our customers and ensure the best balance between benefits and costs.
